Technical Support is highly accessible, and operates during office hours.  With us there’s no passing from one person to another or incessant music.  You go straight to the right person.

When should I call on the Technical Service? 

1. Installing the TuningBox® unit is very simple and extremely well documented with the installation drawing.  However, should you encounter any difficulties, please don’t hesitate to call us.  The technician on duty knows all of the different vehicle models, and can guide you by telephone during installation.
2. The TuningBox® units are pre-set in a standard manner to match the type of vehicle. Nevertheless it can happen that this setting is not optimal.  If, on road testing, you notice any anomalies, your TuningBox® can easily be adjusted.  Contact the technician, who will explain how to modify your TuningBox® settings.
