Delivery speed is slow. More than week and nothing happens. If your process is slow you should give clear indication about that fact in confirmation. Setting expectation level is good idea.
although i ordered product it is yet to be received !! tracking estimates stated it should of arrived by now, prior to order tried calling the local Australian agent no answer or return call
When I ordered, there was no stock for the particular car I owned. I waited one week for the stock but had to write in to check what was the status. However, I must say the response was good.
